IJAIDA is an open access journal that charges Article Processing Charges (APCs) to cover publication costs. Publication Fees To cover the costs of rigorous editorial processing, technical maintenance, and open-access hosting, a publication fee applies to all accepted manuscripts.

Waiver Policy
We offer a partial fee waiver for researchers facing financial hardship, with priority given to Ph.D. scholars. To be eligible for this reduction, authors must submit a formal waiver request immediately upon manuscript submission. Please note that requests submitted after acceptance cannot be processed.

As an independent, self-sustaining journal with no external funding or institutional sponsors, we rely entirely on these fees to maintain our operations. Your contribution supports essential services including peer-review management, plagiarism screening, DOI assignment, professional copyediting, website upkeep, server costs, and administrative staff salaries.
