Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

General Format

• File format: MS Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX
• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
• Line spacing: Double-spaced
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• Page numbers: Bottom center
• Line numbers: Include for review (optional)

Manuscript Structure

1. Title Page

• Concise and descriptive title (max 20 words)
• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations
• ORCID IDs (recommended)
• Corresponding author with email and phone

2. Abstract

150-250 words structured as:

• Background: Context and purpose
• Methods: Approach and techniques
• Results: Key findings
• Conclusions: Main implications

3. Keywords

4-6 relevant keywords for indexing

4. Introduction

• Background and context
• Problem statement
• Research objectives
• Novelty and contribution

5. Methods

• Detailed methodology
• Data collection procedures
• Analysis techniques
• Ethical considerations

6. Results

• Clear presentation of findings
• Use tables and figures effectively
• No interpretation (save for discussion)

Use APA 7th edition format:

• Journal article: Author, A. (Year). Title. Journal, Volume(Issue), pages.

Length Guidelines

• Research Articles: 4000-8000 words
• Review Articles: 5000-10000 words
• Short Communications: 2000-3000 words
• Case Studies: 3000-5000 words
• Technical Notes: 2000-4000 words

Figures and Tables

• High-resolution images (300 DPI minimum)
• Captions below figures
• Captions above tables
• Cite all figures/tables in text
• Number sequentially (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.)
